Membership fees are due on January 9th. of each year - there is no period of grace, you are either a financial member with full rights or you are not a member at all.
 
Membership rates are as under:-
Single $20.00 per annum January 9th - January 8th.
  $10.00 Pro rata to January 8th.
Family $30.00   per annum
  $15.00 Pro rata to January 8th.
QLHF Insurance $20.00 per person - per annum Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

++ DO NOT make cheques payable to the treasurer - this creates a delay in getting your monies receipted - all cheques/money orders must be made payable to ACWRTQ.

Payable per mail and/or at meetings.
++ If a receipt is not automatically generated then you should DEMAND same from the treasurer - this goes without saying.
 
Please note that all monies must be receipted by the treasurer and it is your right to request same.   If for some reason you do not receive a receipt you are requested to ask for it.
 
Membership card:   If a photo is held on file a membership card will be issued with your photo identification on - this will assist at reenactments for verification purposes.   Also it would be in your best interests to pay your QLHF insurance so that this can also be recorded on your membership card.
 
Please bear in mind that the officers of ACWRTQ give their time voluntarily therefore it would be appreciated if you make things as simple and straight forward as possible.
